Compliance requirements

New chemical substances (chemical substances not listed in the "Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China") shall be submitted for the declaration of new chemical substances in accordance with the "Regulations on Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances" (Environmental Protection Department No. 7) before production or import. Including the following:

Raw materials or intermediates used in the production of medicine, pesticides, veterinary drugs, cosmetics, foods, food additives, feed additives, etc.

New chemical substances contained in preparation or intermediate products with specific functions such as surfactants, plasticizers, preservatives, dispersants, and flame retardants

Chemical substances that are not unique and cannot determine the molecular structure, such as variable component substances and complex reaction products

Polymer, etc.
